About Us

Grace S. Nathan Advocates and Solicitors is a boutique criminal law firm which prides itself on the thoroughness and quality of the services provided.

We take on criminal cases of every nature and at every stage be it in an advisory or consultation capacity or the investigation and pre trial stage covering arrest, remand, bail and mitigation

We also have a very strong reputation for handling trials and appeals at the lower courts, high courts or appellate courts.

We strongly believe that the right to life which includes the right to freedom from detention is the fundamental right most worthy of protection and safeguarding.

We also believe in your right to a fair trial and the importance of making sure the administrative checks and balances between the judiciary, the prosecution and the person being accused of a crime remain firmly in place to prevent miscarriages of justice.

In handling the case you engage or retain us for we will always go the extra mile to ensure we do our very best for you.  Our results speak for themselves and we never give up even when the odds are against us.
